Business POST-Partner

With around 230 companies and approx. 20,000 employees, AirportCity Vienna is one of the largest business sites in Austria. In order to establish a business site like AirportCity Vienna, it is necessary to offer corresponding services in addition to the required office, retail and logistics spaces.

The postal service on site should be regarded as a primary service.

Österreichische Post AG developed the Business POST Partner model in cooperation with Flughafen Wien AG and first implemented it at the Airport City Vienna in Austria. The Business Post Partner hardly differs from a classic post office branch. The Business POST Partner is operated by Flughafen Wien AG itself. In addition to well-known services, the Business POST Partner offers a 24/7 self-service-zone for dropping off letters and packages, a post box facility and a self-collection station.


24/7 Services durch SB-Zone

The Business POST Partner at Airport City is open Monday - Friday from 08.00 to 14.30 hrs. However, post can be sent in the self-service-zone around the clock. Customers can obtain labels for letters, parcel stamps and registered letter labels from the self-service machines, which are paid for by means of bank or credit card. Furthermore, you can receive your post around the clock at the collection station. Access outside of business hours by means of a Maestrocard reader at the street entrance.



OPENING TIMES, LOCATION & INFORMATON

The post office is open Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 14.30 hrs in Office Park 3 (Top 60A) and it is only accessible from outside. The self-service Foyer is open 24/7.
