Join us at the Developer's Forum 2025

The Airport City Developer's Forum will take place from 10 to 12 September 2025!
Preparations are underway for the annual Airport City Developer's Forum (ACDF). This year, Munich Airport will host the event, and this decision has already led to many interesting developments. Having met in Vienna in previous years, we are convinced that a new location in 2025 will open up new possibilities for comparison.

We are coordinating with one of the hotels close to the venue so that all attendees can stay together. After all, the ACDF is a networking event - by experts, for experts - and the activities outside the scheduled program are just as important!

LabCampus Team
The ACDF has always been a space for open and honest discussions between experts. If you haven't attended an ACDF before: As an expert, you are part of the show!

We see ourselves as colleagues from different airports who face similar daily challenges. We recognise the value of a trusted network where colleagues can reach out to each other with their issues and, in doing so, increase knowledge across the entire network over time.

ACDF 2025 in Munich: Hotel information

In case you didnt chose a hotel yet, or didnt event register - the following Hotels are the preferred options for our Airport City Developer's Forum in September:

Novotel MUC Airport - BOOKED OUT!

This option is located within walking distance from the venue, and therefore very convenient.

We have a reserved contingent.

You can find the booking form with the ACDF code for download below, in case you want to use this option.

Moxy MUC Airport

This option is located at the other side of the airport, but can be reached by bus or taxi.

The price is lower than at Novotel, yet the accessibality is less convenient.

We will however adapt the agenda to fit the transport modes.
